These past weeks I've been observing Cottonwood park have been very interesting but there's more to this park than observing.
Wether i'm sitting or walking around‚ this park makes everything disappear. Some days when I'm done with my observations I just sit on one of the benches and write poems or listen to music. When i'm feeling down or I'm having a bad day I walk to the park and just forget about everything. The park is actually a very good place to just forget about the world and all your problems for a bit.
Everyone has a place that they go to when they need some space or when they need to just think and get away from everything. My place is the park at first I didn't want to move but ever since I've been coming to the park and having time and space I love it here. Everyday that I pass by the park as i'm going to school the sun is always shining bright on the water and the trees look more wonderful than ever as the sun is rising it's as if the whole park is coming to life from sleeping all night.
"Natures Wonders"
Everything is frozen.
Nothing has ever felt so great than to forget about the world and just focus on natures actual wonders.
The trees as they flow and the living things that we sometimes are to busy to acknowledge.

I like how you describe what you do after your done observing. That park sounds peaceful.
ReplyDeleteI used to live really close to a park, and I remember how the grass felt against my skin, how everything seems still and everything drifts away. How the suns light is seen through a trees leaves.
